Karimba is made from natural material, the bottom is a soundbox made from a coconut and the top is handcarved wood with two gekos carved. You play the karimba by holding it in your hands with the metal prongs pointing towards you, the prongs are then played with the thumbs. The Karimba can be tuned by losen the screws, moving the keys and retightening the screws. Because each item is handmade and handpainted, color and shape will vary.
